July is Dark Feminine Energy

This July, we’re diving into the Dark Feminine → the wild, raw, and magnetic energy inside all of us. She's more than just "sexy" or "seductive". She goes against all the good girl conditioning. She’s the freedom of expression, fierce power of desire, creator and destroyer of life and deeply erotic. 

For centuries, women who embodied this energy were feared and punished, “burned at the stake” for refusing to be controlled and conform to the status quo.  

Meet her through archetypes like Lilith, Kali, Medusa, the Dominatrix, the Sacred Slut, and the Witch, each holding unique feminine power.

Most of us were taught to quiet our desires, soften our edges, and stay small. While that might have kept us safe, it also disconnected us from our deepest source of power: the body.

When we repress this part of ourselves, we lose our fire. We talk from our head, breathe from our chest, and we’re disconnect from the deeper intelligence of the body. We become cut off from our womb, our sacral center, and who we are at our core. This is where our power, intuition, and desire truly live.

Through sensual movement, pole dance, and breath, we begin to move differently, not to perform, but to reclaim. To express. To remember.
