The EmbodiPole Method™ Teacher Training is a 16-week certification for women who are ready to step into embodied leadership, learning pole and sensual movement technique, trauma-aware space-holding, and facilitation skills that go far deeper than any weekend course.

Body Wisdom

Month 1

Before you can teach anyone else to trust their body, you have to LIVE that trust yourself.

This month anchors you into your own body as a source of truth for regulation, presence, nervous system awareness so that when you're standing at the front of a room, you're not performing groundedness. You have it.

Month 2

Erotic Power

You reclaim pleasure, desire, and boundaries as part of your teaching voice, not something you tuck away to seem "professional."

Hold space for a student's full expression without flinching, because you've already met your own.

You build the pole skills and the presence to back them up, becoming the woman who chooses, speaks, and takes up space without apology.

When a student looks to you for permission to be fully seen, you already know what that looks like. You're living it.

Embodied Strength

Month 3

You step into facilitation. Shadowing live classes. Practice teaching with real feedback.

Finding your voice as a teacher, not just a student who's grown. So that by week 16, you're not hoping you're ready to teach. You know you are.

Teach & Integrate

Month 4

Program Details

Dates: January 14th - May 13th, 2027
Includes a two-week integration break in March. There will be no in-person sessions during this time, and exact dates will be confirmed before the program begins.

Prerequisite: 4x Pole Foundations classes (or equivalent)

Time Commitment: 5–10 hours/week

Graduates who fully embody the method are considered for teaching roles within the studio — subbing classes, co-leading workshops, and building their hours with real students in a real room. This is how you go from certified to practicing, fast.

Co-Teaching Trainings & Retreats
As the studio grows, so does the team. Selected graduates are invited to co-teach on future cohorts of this very training, as well as on EmbodiPole retreats. You're not just learning from the inside — you become part of what's built.

Running Your Own Offerings
The EmbodiPole Method™ equips you to design and deliver your own embodiment-led classes, workshops, and women's circles — at the studio or beyond it.

Growing Into Leadership
The most dedicated graduates don't stop at teaching. They grow into mentors, co-facilitators, and eventually into senior leadership roles within the EmbodiPole ecosystem — co-facilitating retreats, holding their own groups of students, and shaping how this method evolves.

    Complete the full immersion for your own personal growth, or complete the written and practical exams at the end to earn your certification.

    That said — this training is built with the future teacher in mind, so if you're on the fence, know that the container is designed to take you all the way there.

  • No — and we want to be honest with you about that upfront.

    What it does guarantee is the training, the mentorship, the manual, and a real pathway toward co-teaching and future opportunities with the EmbodiPole team.

    What you do with that is up to your own dedication and practice.

  • NOPE! The training is built to teach you from the ground up — pole skills, facilitation, presence, all of it.

    What matters more than prior teaching experience is your willingness to do the personal work first.

  • Plan for around 5–10 hours a week, including your Thursday in-person session, shadowing, practice teaching, and self-paced online work.

    It's a real commitment. This is a certification, not a casual course.

  • You become part of the EmbodiPole team's pipeline — with pathways into co-teaching, future trainings, and retreats. This is the first step in, not the end point.
