The Intro Experience is a 2.5-hour beginner workshop where you’ll explore pole dance, sensual movement, and body connection in a supportive women-only space.
You’ll be guided through grounding, gentle movement, beginner pole work, and sensual movement, all at an accessible pace with clear guidance and lots of choice.
Rather than focusing on fitness, tricks, or performance, we focus on feeling more connected, safe, and supported in your body.
No pole, dance, strength, or flexibility experience needed.

While many pole dance studios focus primarily on fitness and tricks, EmbodiPole takes a holistic, embodiment-based approach. Our classes combine pole dancing with sensual movement and somatic practices.
This creates a deeper, more transformative experience that helps women reconnect with their bodies, confidence, and feminine energy, influencing not only how you move, but how you feel in your everyday life.
