New to floorwork? Start exploring sensual movement from the ground up, literally.

We’ll guide you through foundational floorwork while teaching you how to connect it all with breath, intention, and smooth-as-butter transitions. Whether you’re brand new to sensual movement or just want to feel more embodied on the floor, this class is your starting point.

Feminine Embodiment Erotic Pole Class

Pole synergy

Start with sensation, a deeper dive into erotic embodiment.

We really feel and explore how pleasure lives in the body and what gets in the way.

Through sensual movement, conversation, and reflection, we’ll explore boundaries, consent, and power dynamics.

This is our Spins & Transitions series!

We go beyond the basics and start crafting movement with play.

Explore how to connect each move in a way that feels strong and playful in a space to discover your flow and the power that comes from dancing.

Heels Unleashed

Our most advanced Heels series. You'll blend dynamic tricks, inversions, and transitions on both static and spin, pushing your power and creativity.

Expect fierce flow, commanding movement, and combos that challenge you to take up space with intention.

Prerequisites: Heels: INTRO + Strong Invert

Moon Flow

Dance with the cycles of life: your menstrual cycle, the moon, and the inner seasons you feel each month. Each phase connects to a different archetype and energy. You’ll tune into your body and intuition to create pole sequences that match how you actually feel. No pushing through, just honouring where you're at, movement that feels right for where you’re at.

Heels Intro

This class is the first step in all of our Heels Series.

Perfect for those who just bought their first pair of heels, we’ll guide you through the fundamentals of walking and dancing around the pole, focusing on technique and fluidity.

Own every movement.

This is where the magic happens!

End your week with deep relaxation as we celebrate the power in all your curves with slow, flowing, circular, and wavy movements.

This gentle, nurturing stretch class is created to soothe your nervous system and awaken your senses.

Climbs & Sits

As you master climbing and sitting on the pole, you’ll feel a sense of liberation. Experience a newfound exhilaration and empowerment. You’ll leave every class feeling more connected to your body, more alive, and ready to take on the world with an invigorated sense of freedom and self-assuredness.

Inversions

This is where we get our asses upside down.
You’re not just flipping your body, you’re shifting your perspective. Build strength, face fears, and learn to trust your body. We focus on technique, body awareness, and nervous system support to help you feel strong, grounded, and alive.

Pole Rebels

This is our most physically challenging series.

Blending inversions, tricks, combos, and play to challenge your strength, flexibility, and creativity on the pole. This series dares you to explore fresh combos and move with bold intention.
