Series
Intro to Pole
This is your invitation to begin your pole journey, not just as a workout, but as a portal back to yourself.
You’ll explore the foundations of pole dance the EmbodiPole way: with sensual movement, deep embodiment, and an emphasis on feeling more alive in your body.
Prerequisite: Intro Experience Workshop
Length: 8 weeks

Erotic Awakening
This is the place where we deepen our connection to our Authentic Erotic through embodiment exercises, sensual movement on and off the pole, and real conversations.
We’ll explore pleasure/pain, power, boundaries, receiving, and the parts of you that have been hidden or silenced. You’ll learn to feel more, move with more intention, and let your erotic energy take up space, in your body and in your life.

Heels Intro
It's time to get your heels on! As soon as you strap on those bad boys, you'll feel more powerful than ever. This is where you learn all the fundamentals of heel work, like the walk, slides and glides, pivots, and more!
You must take this series before any other Heels classes.
Prerequisite: Intro to Pole
Length: 8 weeks

Climbs & Spins
Learn the foundations of moving up and around the pole. This class focuses on building strength and technique for climbs, sits, plus the control and fluidity needed for beautiful spins.
You’ll gain confidence in your grip, improve endurance, and discover how to connect each move into smooth transitions.
Prerequisite: Intro to Pole

Inversions
Learn how to safely go upside down and feel strong in the process. This class focuses on the foundations of inverting, building the strength, control, and technique to get that "spreadie to the gods".
You’ll practice different entry points, work on proper alignment, and explore how to make your inversions feel smooth, powerful, and embodied.

A great way to release body tension by combining dynamic stretching and mobility work with flowing transitions, helping you improve range of motion, and feel more connected in your body.

Spin Pole
It’s time to get dizzy! This class is perfect if you're brand new to spin pole or looking to smooth out your flow. We’ll cover the foundations of spin and build from there. If you’ve got some experience, we’ve got progressions to keep you challenged.

Pole Rebels
This is our most physically demanding class. Blending inversions, tricks, combos, and play to challenge your strength, flexibility, and creativity on static AND spin. With a focus on controlled movement, this series dares you to explore fresh combos and move with bold intention.
