I rewrote the script from pain to pleasure.

I have attended enough retreats to know exactly what I love most about them.

From the moment I walk in, I don’t have to hold everything anymore. As a business owner, mom of two, and wife, I’m often the one giving, doing, leading, and holding the wheel, especially recently since my husband threw out his back.

There is something deeply healing about being held for once and finally sitting in the passenger seat.

Everything is taken care of. I just have to show up.

And while the curated space made me feel supported from the start, the real magic happened in the depth of the work.

In one emotional release ritual, I felt what I can only describe as a solid tube of stuck emotion running all the way from my throat to my pelvis. As we moved, breathed, and the tears flowed, I felt my chest physically expand. My shoulders and traps softened, and the top half of that "tube" released. 

It takes a lot for me to cry, but in that moment, I felt so safe and held that the floodgates just opened.

The next time we entered that practice, the bottom half of that tube cleared. I was unexpectedly brought right back to the birth of my daughter. I remembered being in active labor thinking:

"Why am I doing this again?"

"F*CK THIS!"

"I don't wanna do this anymore"

I really didn't want to be there. I was fighting so much resistance, making the entire experience feel so much more intense.

However, during that practice, I completely rewrote the script in my body from pain to pleasure.

After all that, I felt unbelievably light. I felt spacious. 

This is just after one experience from a retreat. There were many more!

That’s exactly why I am creating this space for you.  

I know what becomes possible when you are held deeply enough to finally let go, to release.

When your only job is to show up, breathe, feel, move, and let your body reveal what she’s ready to release.

I am SO excited to guide my very first retreat!
