Ottawa's women-only studio for pole dance and sensual embodiment. Classes blend pole dancing, floor work, and somatic movement, taught through our own EmbodiPole Method™. Our studio is sacred ground, guided by teachers trained to hold space for the emotional and relational work, not just physical technique. What's practiced here has little to do with landing a trick and everything to do with coming back into your body, without apology and without shame. We invite you to unlock the Wild Woman who lives within.
