You'll learn how to create smooth and fluid transitions with control on spin, finesse your lines, and dive into a deeper sense of embodiment to make your tricks look effortless.
Expect a progressive, step-by-step approach with a variety of options to choose from that are suitable for your level and preference.
Level: All levels - high beginner to high intermediate.
Prerequisites: Climb and Jasmine (non-invert entry) on spin Bonus: Outside & Inside Leg Hang, but not required
