New to embodiment? Start here. Through simple breathing, grounding, and gentle movement, you’ll be guided out of your busy mind and into your body.

12:45PM — Body Wisdom 🌙 $15
Learn how to listen to your body instead of overriding it. Through a short talk and simple embodiment practice, you’ll explore the sensations, emotions, and inner signals your body uses to communicate with you.

1:30PM — Sensual Beauty 🌹 $15
A gently guided movement practice, think of it like sensual yoga, helps you connect with your beauty, your curves, and the pleasure of moving in your body.
