This November, our theme is Nourish: Restore, Renew.

November is a time to slow down. Halloween just passed, and everything is about to ramp up for the festivities. This is a crucial moment to nourish ourselves before the chaos of the holidays sweeps us away.

To move with our cycle.
To listen to our bodies.
To soften instead of push.

Last weekend, I went rock climbing and took a fall that messed up my leg. In that moment, I was tired, deep in my luteal phase, cramping, and still decided to push through. I made it to the top but slipped on the down climb, fell, and my right foot everted. I’ve been limping all week.

This injury reminded me that slowing down is necessary. This is when we start to feel, to listen,

It’s knowing when to pause.
When to ask for help.
And when to let yourself be held instead of holding everyone and everything else.

I’m taking this month for me, for my wellbeing, my health, my movement practice, and my pleasure.

So this month, I’m choosing to nourish myself in every sense through movement that feels good, through food that replenishes, through pleasure that makes me feel alive. Who’s with me?

When we nourish ourselves, we renew our energy, restore our strength, and reconnect to the pulse beneath the surface, the one that guides us back home to ourselves.
