Welcome back after a long break, and wow, what a year it was!

Thank you for being part of a powerful, transformative 2025. This past year asked us to evolve, refine, and step into a new level and you met it.

2025 by the numbers 🌹

Last year was a year of change, growth, and rebirth, feeling that snake energy 🐍:

✨ Launched a brand-new Intro Experience, completely reshaping how people enter our world
✨ Added drop-in classes, making the studio more accessible than ever
✨ Hosted 45 workshops (!!!)
✨ Welcomed 284 new humans into the space
✨ 90 new members said YES to going deeper
✨ Ran our first 3-month Mentorship Program, supporting the next generation of EmbodiPole leaders in a deeper, more intentional way
✨ Planned our first Retreat! 🏖️

Here are a few others you may not realize the impact of:

💃 533 total classes taught (not including open pole)
🤍 8 staff members who showed up week after week to hold the container
✨ 125 first-timers who walked in nervous and left glowing
⏱️ countless hours of embodiment, movement, and magic held

None of this happens without you! Your energy, consistency, care, and willingness to grow alongside the studio.
