Vendors must be fully set up by 10:45 AM.
Teardown must be completed by 5:30 PM.

Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed for their setup, including table, chair, display materials, signage, payment system, décor, and weather protection.

This is an outdoor market, so vendors are responsible for preparing for sun, wind, or rain.

Vendor fees are non-refundable once accepted and paid.

Full vendor terms and agreement will be provided upon acceptance.
