1-Day Vendor Experience — $200 + tax
This is an opportunity to connect with a highly aligned community of women who value embodiment, wellness, beauty, ritual, creativity, sensuality, and intentional self-expression.

Vendors must be fully set up by 10:45 AM.
Teardown must be completed by 5:30 PM.
Vendors cannot start tearing down or leave before 4 PM.
Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed for their setup, including table, chair, display materials, signage, payment system, décor, and weather protection.
This is an outdoor market, so vendors are responsible for preparing for sun, wind, or rain.
Vendor fees are non-refundable once accepted and paid.
Full vendor terms and agreement will be provided upon acceptance.

Start the day by meeting the women behind EmbodiPole. We’ll share a little about our own journeys, answer your questions, and walk you through the mini workshops so you know exactly what to expect.
12:00PM — Drop In Like It’s Hot 🪶 $15
New to embodiment? Start here. Through simple breathing, grounding, and gentle movement, you’ll be guided out of your busy mind and into your body.
12:45PM — Body Wisdom 🌙 $15
Learn how to listen to your body instead of overriding it. Through a short talk and simple embodiment practice, you’ll explore the sensations, emotions, and inner signals your body uses to communicate with you.
1:30PM — Sensual Beauty 🌹 $15
A gently guided movement practice, think of it like sensual yoga, helps you connect with your beauty, your curves, and the pleasure of moving in your body.
2:15PM — Femme Vitale 🔥 $15
Awaken your erotic power and connect with your Dark Feminine, the part of you that is bold, vibrant and fully ALIVE. Expect gentle movement and space to express yourself.
3:00PM — Fully Expressed 👑 $15
A guided celebration through dance, expression and ritual, honouring the beauty in ourselves and uplifting each other.
