Our vision is to create a space where women can express their sensuality through pole dance and live art in whatever way feels true to them: bold, soft, erotic, playful, raw, powerful, vulnerable, or wild.
Each performer becomes a Living Altar: honouring her body, her expression, and the version of herself she is choosing to embody.
Together, witness each woman as she takes up space and steps fully into her expression.

New to embodiment? Start here. Through simple breathing, grounding, and gentle movement, you’ll be guided out of your busy mind and into your body.
12:45PM — Body Wisdom 🌙 $15
Learn how to listen to your body instead of overriding it. Through a short talk and simple embodiment practice, you’ll explore the sensations, emotions, and inner signals your body uses to communicate with you.
1:30PM — Sensual Beauty 🌹 $15
A gently guided movement practice, think of it like sensual yoga, helps you connect with your beauty, your curves, and the pleasure of moving in your body.
